一直覺得草莓和抹茶是best friends ,新出的Strawberry and Matcha Azuki Bean Scone Shortcake最啱和閨蜜開心分享!香脆鬆化的Scone Shortcake,中間夾有日本抹茶冰淇淋,紅豆和鮮奶油,甜蜜滋味一層一層疊起來,非一般雪糕三文治可比,再配以自製草莓醬和新鮮草莓,清新甜美,超有春天的味道!

另一款 Matcha and Raspberry Shortcake,三層蓬鬆的海綿蛋糕,由豐富的抹茶、白巧克力奶油和覆盆子奶油組成,香濃卻滲著抹茶的清爽,清新怡情,甜入心菲!

還有加入了水果的稀有奶油芝士蛋糕 Rare Cheese Cream Shortcake with Fruits,在鬆軟的海綿蛋糕之間夾著奶油芝士和香桃,上面鋪上新鮮的kiwi,橙,藍莓和覆盆子,再伴以香桃和熱帶水果醬,單看這個水果陣,已令人垂涎欲滴啊!

天氣開始轉熱,全新推出的兩款季節Iced Tea : Iced Chardonnay Darjeeling Tea 及Chardonnay Darjeeling Tea Soda,清爽透心涼,又不會過甜, 配甜點或咸點都好夾, 最心水是Chardonnay Darjeeling Tea Soda,裡面有大大粒青提子和果凍,味道清爽有層次!

來這裡一心想吃甜點,沒想到這裡的咸點菜式同樣好有水準!一向愛吃pasta,便試了餐廳新推出的日式意大利面Pasta with Spicy Cod Roe Sauce and Spear Squid $138(套裝連青菜沙律及茶$168),味道超有驚喜,至今仍回味!

意大利面加入了辣鱈魚子醬,再混合日本明太子醬、parmesan芝士和鳳尾魚製成的醬汁,單是這個醬汁已經好高分,口感像奶油般香濃柔滑,鮮美的咸香風味,濃濃的掛滿面條上,濃郁卻不膩,層次耐人尋味。配以鮮甜多汁的魷魚圈,及以紫蘇醬調味青豆和小番茄,新鮮味美,是難得的風味fusion!
