這裡的鹹菜式同樣十分受歡迎,每次去Afternoon Tea TEAROOM吃tea,都見好多人點鹹餐,小編也不例外,每次都會試吓新出的鹹味菜式,這次有Hashed Beef Gratin with Root Vegetables and Pie,及Lemony Carbonara with Smoked Salmon and Soft-Boiled Egg 2款新口味。牛肉蔬菜餡餅內有片片蓮藕和牛蒡,再加入南瓜蓉、芝士和日本米,層次豐富,口味清新又有營。 另一款煙三文魚Carbonara更是 小編私心最愛,加入了鮮檸汁來炮製,絕對有提鮮作用,上面再加隻香滑的流心蛋,每條麵沾滿濃郁蛋香,真心好好味!
